Here is a new step in the development of my range to offer you pleasure and quality in the bottles. I enclose the results of the analyzes after bottling to give you all the transparency on my practices.
White 2015 Country wine "For My Dad": After 12 months of aging in barrels and half-muid, the bottling was carried out on Tuesday 15 November between 9 am and 11 am. One third of the bottles did not receive any sulphite adjustments (SO2 Total: 37 mg / L - free SO2: 4 mg / L). The remaining two thirds have a limited amount of total SO2 (61 mg / L) per 10 mg / L of free SO2.
The objective is to preserve all the aromatic freshness and natural balance in order to offer you the best of my soil.
- Red 2014 AOC Bandol "Cœur de Vigne": 24 months of rearing with only 1 racking make this wine a pure wonder of freshness. 2,000 bottles were fired without sulphite additions (SO2 Total: 39 mg / L - free SO2: 6 mg / L) and the remainder, approximately 5,000 bottles with a moderate dose added before setting (SO2 Total: 62 mg / SO2 Free: 11 mg / L)
