NATURALLY WINE LOVING

Born with the passion of the guenine product and the protection of the soil instilled by my father and my grand-father, I wanted to quickly take over the family winery in 2009. My venture is to considerate the vineyard as an autonomous ecosystem where I leave free rein to the development of the biodiversity of fauna and flora. The aim is to product healthy grape with minimal human intervention to preserve and transmit the natural balance of the vine and the terroir. 

MY WINES

We producing a wine range of 4 cuvée typicaly issu from our terroir and the Bandol Appellation. 
Those different wines are at first the Tradition Castell, Clos Castell, For My Dad and "L'esprit du Vivant". 
I have the pleasure to present to you my unique wines. 

PASSION & PRODUCTION

After many years of experience, now I developing an ecosystem around the vines as we could find in nature. Our nature mother has always do the best , I'm just a tutor for his develoment, so that the vine makes me better by its grapes. 

VIN DE BANDOL AOC

Bandol appellation is a small vineyard of 1.700 hectares of vines for more than 60 winegrowers. 
Principaly produced with Mourvedre variety grapes, Bandol wines are typicaly by there terroir and the configuration in "Restanque". As the producer, our Appellation is a real specific wine region where we decided to produce with a lot of manual technics to preserve the fruit and the terroir expression. 
Minimum 50% of Mourvèdre on the red wine, usually 70% by producer for the red and 50% on the rosé, is the basis of our typicity. 40 hl per hectares of wine is one of the little yield authorized in France for a single Appellation. After we prohibit mechanic harvest, we only picked by hand to preserve the fruit from the vineyard to the cellar. 
For red wine, it's an obligation to have 18 months mnimum of ageing in wood.
